Our high-quality, low maintenance ornamental aluminum fence is an excellent alternative to traditional wrought-iron fence.

Our aluminum fences, gates, and handrails are powder coated for a lasting finish that won’t chip, scratch, peel, fade, or rust.  Standard colors are black, white, or bronze but custom colors or color matching are available for an upcharge.  

Several different grades are offered with multiple design options. Our Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Pool Code fencing can be hand crafted into our Classic, Wilmington, Chicago, or Blue Ridge styles. The Deco style is also available in the Residential and Commercial grades, for both fence and gates. All of our products come with a limited-lifetime warranty and meet or exceed virtually all industrial standards.

We have multiple styles of pool fencing that meet Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) specifications and are Pool Code approved.

Shapes Unlimited, Inc. provides our customers with assembled, ready to install fence panels and gates, as well as “knock down” aluminum fence extrusions, which are fully fabricated and powder coated ready to assemble, for the contractors, installers, and landscapers who wish to build the fence panels themselves.  Container Direct shipments are also available for the high volume dealers.

Classic

Fence
Our most traditional style, Classic sets the standard for low maintenance aluminum fencing. Available in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or a Pool Code series. The classic style provides the traditional look with the flexibility to customize with different accessories.

Wilmington

Fence
Our Wilmington style is a variation of the Classic, with alternating speared pickets under the top rail that will enhance the appearance of all landscapes. Available in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or a Pool Code series with many accessory options.

Chicago

Fence

The Chicago style is the traditional speared picket fence. With a myriad of options available, Chicago can be customized to fit almost any taste. Available in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or a Pool Code series with several accessory options.

Blue Ridge

Fence

A variation of the Wilmington, the alternating heights of the spears on the top of this fence provides a look that differentiates it from more traditional fences. Available in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or a Pool Code series with different accessory options.

Features

High Strength Alloy

High strength aluminum alloy makes for one of the most versatile, economical, and attractive metallic materials for all ornamental fencing products. Aluminum alloys are second only to steels in use as structural metals.

Powder Coat Finish

Our products are topped off with an extremely durable powder coat finish for interior and exterior architectural applications. Imparts excellent weather and UV resistance, built to last longer than the traditional “wet paint” finish. 

Welding

All gates are fastened and welded at all connections and joints. Semi Welded gates are also available for convenient replacement of damaged pickets.

Color Options

Available in black, white and bronze. Custom colors are also available for an upcharge.

Fasteners

Assembled in house with stainless-steel fasteners to ensure integrity against all seasons.

All accessories are sourced from Nationwide Industrial Supply with a wide range of wall mounts, ball swivels, screws, fasteners, deck mounts and covers available.

Grades Available The most popular grade of durable ornamental fence to surround homes & residential pool areas. This sturdy ornamental fencing has greater strength for higher security. It meets tougher requirements for municipality and commercial properties. When the absolute highest security is required, this heavy duty fencing meets stringent applications where superb strength is required.

Pool Code Examples

We have multiple styles of pool fencing that are B.O.C.A (Building Officials and Code Administrators) Pool Code approved.

Before ordering, you must check your local laws and regulations as they may vary from the B.O.C.A. standards.

Below are the requirements for your pool to meet B.O.C.A. standards.

  • The fence must be at least 48″ tall.
  • The mid-rail must be at least 45″ above the bottom rail.
  • The spacing between the pickets must be less than 4″.
  • The space between bottom rail and the ground must be less than 4″.
  • The gates must be self-closing and self-latching.
  • The gates need to open out away from the pool.
  • The opening latch must be a minimum of 54″ above the ground.
